SensorFu processes the personal information of its customers, prospects and people with legitimate interest in SensorFu in order to manage business relationships between us or to deliver our newsletter or other marketing communication to you. The legal basis for processing is explicit consent of the data subject – your own consent.
We receive your personal data from you at the beginning of our business relationship or if you opt-in to our newsletter or other marketing communications.
You have the following rights according to GDPR regarding the processing of your personal data. You can exercise your rights by contacting us by email.
Right of access: You have the right to check at any time what personal information we have stored in our database about you.
Right to object: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, if you think that our processing does not happen according to the GDPR or if you think we have no lawful basis for processing your data.
Right to erasure: You have the right to remove your personal data from the service at any time. The easiest way to do this is to log in to the service and to remove your user account.
Right to data portability: You have the right to request a machine-readable summary of your personal data from us, so that you can transfer them to another service provider.
Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you think we are in violation of your rights, in violation of GDPR, or the Finnish law regarding personal data protection. The supervisory authority in this case is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
Right to object to direct marketing: You have the right to object to using your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You can opt out of direct marketing from a link in our marketing email or you can contact us by email.
We process your personal information as long as our business relationship is in effect. You can at any time ask us to remove your personal information from our system. When your account is removed, your personal information is erased from our systems. After our business relationship is over, your personal information is removed from our system in six months.
Your personal data can be accessed by named employees and contractors of SensorFu Oy who manage our customer relationships. As a rule, we do not transfer your data to third parties.
We use HubSpot to provide our CRM.
We require our foreign service providers that their countries have an adequate level of data privacy as required by the GDPR, and that they are committed to follow the GDPR and other relevant EU regulations. HubSpot’s Privacy Policy and Data Privacy Agreement can be reviewed online.
Your personal data is NOT used for automated individual decision-making or profiling.
Your personal data is stored and processed according to the best possible current technical and organizational privacy and security practices that we know of.
We constantly ensure that all our employees are aware of the importance of data privacy and that everyone works according to best practices. Our employees are required to uphold a non-disclosure policy for personal data according to the GDPR.
